He outlined strategies including enhancing educational institutions, providing globally recognized training, and ensuring worker protections.

“This ensures that we cultivate high-quality human resources,” Sabri emphasized.

He explained that Human Resources Development (HRD) in the creative industry in Indonesia involves several key strategies: enhancing the quality and quantity of creative educational institutions to produce competent workforce, boosting workforce capacity through globally recognized training and certification, and providing a protective system for workers in this sector.

Besse Irna Tawaddud, Head of the Advertising Study Program at Polimedia Makassar, expressed gratitude for Rakyat News’ support in enriching talent within the creative industry.

Polimedia Makassar offers programs such as Graphic Engineering, Graphic Design, and Multimedia-focused Graphic Design.

Their curriculum, comprising 60% practical training, spans four semesters on campus, a semester of industry internship, and a final project semester. Facilities include air-conditioned classrooms, computer labs, a photography studio, and a workshop equipped with modern tools.

Admission is through the National Polytechnic Entrance Selection (SNMPN), Joint Polytechnic Entrance Selection (SBMPN), and independent exams.
