JAKARTA, RAKYAT NEWS – President Prabowo Subianto officially announced his cabinet, named Kabinet Merah Putih, during a ceremony at the Istana Merdeka in Jakarta on Sunday evening, October 20, 2024.

Joined by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka and other key figures, including Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, the Deputy Speaker of the House and Chairman of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo revealed the names of his ministers.

“In agreement with the coalition party leaders, we have named this cabinet Kabinet Merah Putih, and I am pleased to announce its composition for 2024,” stated Prabowo.

The cabinet lineup largely reflects individuals previously mentioned during meetings leading up to the announcement, with some nomenclature adjustments for the new administration. Additionally, Mayor Teddy Indra Wijaya was appointed as the Secretary of the Cabinet. Teddy, a close aide to Prabowo, is noted for his active involvement in various events throughout the campaign.
