Indonesia has also received cooperation from several countries to support the evacuation process. Iran has expressed readiness to facilitate the departure of Indonesian citizens. Meanwhile, Russia and China have warned that any further attacks on nuclear sites could spark a catastrophic event akin to the Chernobyl disaster. The United States and Germany, on the other hand, have committed military assistance to Israel.

The government has issued a public advisory urging Indonesian citizens in conflict zones to immediately contact the MoFA hotline at +62 811 192 192 or their nearest Indonesian embassy. The safety and well-being of Indonesian nationals remain the government’s highest priority.

Authorities are continuing to monitor the evolving security situation in the Middle East closely. Additional evacuations may be carried out if the conflict spreads or worsens, particularly in other high-risk areas where Indonesian citizens reside.

The evacuation process remains ongoing and may be subject to change depending on developments on the ground. Citizens with relatives or acquaintances in Iran or Israel are encouraged to remain in contact with relevant authorities for updates and assistance. (Uki Ruknuddin)
