LEBANON, RAKYAT NEWS – An allegedly internal Hezbollah internal document from Hezbollah’s military intelligence division has surfaced, shedding light on substantial losses incurred from infiltrations and explosions within the organization’s communication network.

This leak has raised serious concerns if it’s true, about the operational security and effectiveness of Hezbollah in managing internal threats.

The report indicates a staggering total of 879 fatalities, including 131 Iranian nationals and 79 Yemenis.

Among the deceased, 291 are identified as senior officials, highlighting the significant impact on the organization’s leadership.

These losses raise questions about Hezbollah’s ability to maintain command and control amidst ongoing security challenges.

In addition to the fatalities, the explosions have resulted in severe injuries. The document reveals that 509 individuals have lost their sight, with the majority—491—classified as totally blind.

This alarming statistic underscores the devastating human toll of the attacks and the long-term consequences for the victims.

Furthermore, the report details that 602 people sustained serious injuries, including 84 senior citizens. The scale of these injuries raises concerns about the organization’s capacity to provide adequate medical support to its members and their families during this crisis.

The document also highlights a particularly troubling statistic: 1,735 individuals suffered reproductive organ damage, with 905 cases identified as irreparable.

This aspect of the report brings to light the broader health implications of the attacks, affecting not only the immediate victims but also future generations.

In a distressing addition, the report notes that 40 bystanders were impacted, leading to 39 deaths and one person sustaining serious injuries. This reinforces the notion that the repercussions of these attacks extend beyond Hezbollah’s ranks, affecting innocent civilians caught in the crossfire.

The leaked document paints a grim picture of Hezbollah’s current situation, raising urgent questions about the group’s operational integrity and the ongoing risks posed by internal vulnerabilities. As the organization grapples with these losses, its future effectiveness and resilience remain uncertain. (Uki Ruknuddin)
